I use the AI to generate and iterate fast, and I ship things that look right without always understanding why. Sometimes what it gives me is genuinely good; sometimes it's plausible junk dressed up nicely, and I can't reliably tell the two apart. I keep sending work out the door with a knot in my stomach.
