Some days I get to call a young couple and tell them they can buy their first home, and it's the best feeling in the world. Other days I have to be the one who says no, and watch a dream fall apart on the other end of the line. And through all of it, I'm living on commission, so my own bills ride on every yes I can't guarantee.
More people experience this than they realize.
You hand people both their dreams and the crushing no, all while living on commission.
