There was a stretch where I burned myself all the way down and had nothing left for anyone. Now I actually notice when the tank is getting low, and I know which things drain me and which ones fill me back up. Some weeks I still push too hard, but I catch it sooner. I tend the fire now instead of letting it eat me alive.
More people experience this than they realize.
You've learned what drains you and what restores you, and you tend yourself before you burn out.
If this sounds familiar, the Library can help you find the bigger picture.
