When you finally steer the product with metrics that matter

I finally cut the dashboard down to the few numbers that actually tell me something. Now when I make a call, I can point to why, and the team follows because it makes sense. There's a calm in seeing clearly, though I stay watchful that I'm still measuring the right things.
