I used to carry my work grudges around like stones in my pockets, quietly bitter and unsure why. Now when something gets under my skin, I can actually name it, and I say the thing I need to say when it's worth saying. The rest, the stuff I can't change, I've mostly learned to set down. It doesn't run my day the way it used to.
More people experience this than they realize.
You can name what you resent, act where you can, and let go of the rest.
If this sounds familiar, the Library can help you find the bigger picture.
