When you find your footing and pull others up too

I remember how lost I felt walking into this world with no map. So now, when a new kid from a background like mine shows up nervous and quiet, I make a point to pull them aside and tell them the things nobody told me. I found my own way through, and I don't want the next one to do it alone.
