When you get the interview but can't prove yourself yet

I've finally started getting a few callbacks, which felt like a win at first. But in every interview I can feel them waiting for proof I've done this before, and I don't have it. I know I could do the job if someone just gave me the shot, and convincing them to take that chance is the wall I keep hitting.
