When you grow everyone else and forget to grow yourself

I ran another workshop today that lit people up and sent them off growing, and I drove home feeling strangely stuck. I've spent years building the programs that develop everyone else in the company. Somewhere in all that tending to other people, I quietly stopped tending to my own growth, and I don't even know what I'd want next.
