I'm the one who keeps everything running, the person everybody comes to when something breaks. But nobody sees it, because when I do my job right, nothing goes wrong and there's nothing to notice. Being needed by everyone and seen by no one is its own quiet kind of tired.
More people experience this than they realize.
You hold everything together but stay invisible because you're the one who keeps things from breaking.
