When you keep every child safe and no one sees it

I can walk into a room full of kids and know in an instant which one's about to climb something they shouldn't. Nothing bad happens on my watch, and that's exactly why no one notices. I carry the safety of a dozen children all day, and the reward for doing it perfectly is that it stays invisible.
