When you know every road but your own life stayed still

I know these roads better than any map on any screen. I can tell you the shortcut, the truck stop with the good coffee, which lane backs up at four o'clock. But hauling everybody else's freight across the country all these years, I'm starting to see how still my own life has stayed while I keep everyone else moving.
