I reset another password today, closed the ticket, and stared at the screen knowing I could be doing so much more than this. I've taught myself the skills for the jobs I actually want, but I'm still stuck answering the same calls I've answered for years. I don't know how to get anyone to see me as more than the support guy, and the door I want just won't open.
More people experience this than they realize.
You know you're capable of more but can't break out of the support role you're stuck in.
If this sounds familiar, the Library can help you find the bigger picture.
