For years I waited for someone to notice how much of the real work is mine, and mostly no one did. Lately I've been sitting with a different thought: the advocacy stands on the foundation I lay, whether or not my name is anywhere near it. I'm still learning how to feel that the work is worth doing when the worth of it lives only in me.
More people experience this than they realize.
You're learning to find the value of your hidden work in yourself, not in credit from others.
If this sounds familiar, the Library can help you find the bigger picture.
