When you make it in but don't know the unwritten rules

I fought my way into a job my family never dreamed of, and I'm proud of that. But I keep tripping over unwritten rules everyone else seems to already know, how to word an email, when to speak up in a meeting, what the little jokes mean. I got in the door and now I'm learning there's a whole code nobody handed me.
