When you own the pipeline but miss making the calls

I could do the outreach in my sleep, the calls, the emails, the rhythm of finding the opening. Now I'm the SDR manager, and I own a whole team's pipeline through their calls instead of mine. I sit in the numbers all day and miss the simple thing I was actually good at.
