I post regularly, good stuff, things I'm proud of, and it lands with a thud. A handful of likes, mostly from people I already know, and then silence. I watch accounts with worse content pull thousands of comments and I can't figure out what they know that I don't. It feels like shouting into an empty room and pretending someone's there.
More people experience this than they realize.
