When you quietly prevent harm no one ever sees

Now and then I catch a dangerous drug combination that the computer waved right through, and I stop it before it ever reaches the patient. Nobody knows how close it came. I go home carrying the weight of the harm I quietly prevented, harm that no one will ever thank me for because they never knew it was there.
