When you realize your title demands something from your character

I got the title, the corner office, the bigger number on my check, and I treated it all like a prize I'd won. Then a junior manager asked me, half joking, what kind of person I wanted them to become by watching me, and I had no answer. I've been thinking about leadership as a chair I sit in; I never once thought about what it asks of me.
