When you see how power moves without losing yourself

I can see clearly now how power really moves through this place, who leans on whom and where the real decisions get made. I work with it openly, without pretending it isn't there and without becoming someone I don't respect. I've stopped getting blindsided, and I haven't had to sell myself out to do it.
