When you see the whole system but no one else does

I see the whole board, the way one move sets off three others down the line, and I fix the real cause instead of the symptom. But in every meeting I'm three steps ahead of the room, watching problems coming that no one else believes in yet. It's lonely, seeing what others can't and being told to slow down.
