I've gotten better at drawing lines. I close the laptop at six, I say no sometimes. And still, work seeps into everything, the dinner I'm half-present for, the Sunday afternoon I spend dreading Monday, the email I check in bed. I set the boundary and work just quietly steps over it.
More people experience this than they realize.
You can set some boundaries, but work still bleeds into the rest of your life.
If this sounds familiar, the Library can help you find the bigger picture.
