When you share knowledge but it won't stick

I ran three training sessions and wrote up the docs, and people still line up at my desk asking the same questions. I share what I know, but somehow it doesn't take root in anyone else, and I'm still the only one who really gets it. Getting the knowledge to spread past me is harder than just knowing it.
