I was in a meeting today saying all the right things, and somewhere in the middle I realised I hadn't actually been present for any of it. I show up, I do the tasks, I hit the deadlines, and none of me is really in the room. It's like I've been running on autopilot for so long I've forgotten what being here even feels like.
