I outgrew this job a good while back. I can do it in my sleep now, and some days that's the problem. But I've become this role in my own head, and everyone here knows me as it, and the thought of being a nervous beginner somewhere new turns my stomach. So I stay, comfortable and a little bored, in a place I've already grown past.
More people experience this than they realize.
