When your best motion work is the work no one notices

I can make anything on screen move so it just feels right, the timing, the weight, the little settle at the end. And almost nobody notices, which is the whole point and also the ache. When it is done well it looks like nothing at all, and I am a little bitter that the better I get, the more invisible my work becomes.
