I can arm a whole sales team to win, hand them everything they need to hit their numbers, and they do. But at the awards dinner it's their names being called, their bonuses, their trip, while my best work quietly carried all of it. I'm proud of what I build, and I'm tired of it always adding up to someone else's number.
