When your body already aches and the career's just begun

I'm still new to this, and my body already hurts from holding the same position all day. My neck, my back, my hands — they ache in ways I didn't expect this early. It's dawning on me that the years ahead could cost me physically more than I ever counted on. I wonder what my body will feel like decades in.
