When your incomplete drawings cause problems out in the field

I send my drawings out thinking they're done, and then the calls start coming from the field. A dimension's missing, two details don't match, the crew's standing around waiting on me. Every gap in my work turns into a real problem out there on the site, and I feel the shame of it every time my phone rings.
