We flipped the switch on the new robotic line today and it runs beautifully. It also means forty people on the floor won't have jobs by spring, people I've eaten lunch with for years. Everyone upstairs is celebrating the numbers. I keep thinking about the world those forty walk into now, and how much of that is on me.
