When your new title comes with rooms you were never trained for

I just became Director of Nursing, and overnight I'm responsible for budgets, hospital politics, and regulations nobody ever trained me for. I sit in these meetings nodding along, terrified someone will realize how far out of my depth I am. I know nursing cold -- this new world makes me feel like a fraud.
