I know the grudge I'm carrying is eating me alive more than it's touching the person I'm angry at. He's probably not thinking about me at all, and here I am replaying it in the shower, in the car, at two in the morning. I can see the resentment is rusting me from the inside. I just can't figure out how to put it down.
