I signed off on rolling out an AI tool across the whole company today. It will touch thousands of people I'll never meet, in ways I honestly can't predict. Somewhere down the line it'll make a call about someone's job or loan, and I won't be in the room. I keep asking myself how far my responsibility reaches when I can't even see the edge of it.
