When your work wins the case but nobody sees you

I built the whole case file, caught the error that would have sunk us, organized every exhibit, and in the courtroom the attorney got the handshake and the credit. I know the win doesn't happen without me, but no one out there knows my name. Some days that's fine, and some days I sit at my desk wondering what it means to do work that matters so much and stays completely invisible.
