When you're blamed by both sides and thanked by neither

I can keep the line running through any kind of chaos, and I've done it for years. But I'm stuck between the floor and management, and when something goes wrong both sides look at me. The crew thinks I'm management's man and management thinks I didn't push hard enough. I'm tired of getting the blame from both and the thanks from neither.
