When your partner is recovering from an eating disorder and you don't know how to help

My husband is deep in his eating disorder recovery and I'm trying to be supportive but I find myself walking on eggshells around every meal, monitoring my own comments about food, and we've lost the easy intimacy we used to have around cooking and eating together. I want to help but I think my hypervigilance might be making things harder for both of us.
