When roommates' different approaches to insomnia create conflict

My roommate and I are both dealing with insomnia but we're handling it in ways that make each other worse — I do yoga and meditation which they think is too 'woo-woo,' they take melatonin and sleep aids which I think are band-aids, and we end up keeping each other awake with our different coping strategies. We both want to sleep better but we're kind of sabotaging each other.
