When friend groups struggle with diet culture conversations

Our friend group includes someone who's always commenting on what everyone eats, making jokes about 'being bad' with food, talking about needing to 'work off' meals, and it's triggering for several of us who are in eating disorder recovery. None of us wants to shame them or make them feel bad, but the constant diet talk is making group gatherings stressful.
