Our friend group formed around shared neurodivergent experiences but now some of us have kids who are also neurodivergent and others don't, and there's this unspoken tension about whose struggles get centered and how much space different kinds of advocacy should take up. We used to be so good at making room for everyone's differences and now it feels like we're fracturing along lines we never expected.
