I've been attending community justice circles for months and there's someone there who repeatedly talks over others and dominates the space but when we try to address it in the circle format it doesn't seem to change anything and people are starting to leave.
More people experience this than they realize.
The circle format itself becomes inadequate when someone consistently violates its principles.
