My band has been really supportive of my transition and name change, but now we're facing decisions about how to handle our existing music and social media presence where I used my old name and pronouns. Some bandmates want to update everything retroactively and others think it erases our history, and I'm torn between wanting to move forward and not wanting to pretend the past didn't happen.
