How antiracism partners navigate fundamental disagreements about strategy

My organizing partner and I are both committed to Jewish antiracism work but we're realizing we have fundamentally different understandings of what that means and how to do it accountably and our differences are starting to undermine our effectiveness with the communities we're trying to serve. We agree on goals but not methods.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

Shared commitment to justice work doesn't guarantee alignment on approach, and unresolved tactical differences can compromise the work itself.
