My organizing partner thinks we should focus on the school-to-prison pipeline because that's where intervention can prevent incarceration, while I believe we need to address what happens to people coming home because that's where the cycle perpetuates. We're both right but our organization can't do everything and we're stuck on where to put our limited resources.
