My work team knows I'm transitioning and they're all trying to be supportive but they keep asking me to be the spokesperson for trans issues in every meeting and diversity initiative. I appreciate that they see me as knowledgeable but I didn't sign up to be the trans representative for everything and I don't know how to set boundaries without seeming ungrateful.
