Our activist collective has been together for five years and I'm starting to realize that my understanding of my own privilege and identity has changed dramatically, but I don't know how to bring this evolution to the group without it feeling like I'm rejecting who I used to be or the work we've done together. Some of us are growing in different directions and we haven't figured out how to hold space for people becoming different versions of themselves.
