Our activist collective has been trying to build our social media presence to amplify our message, but we keep getting into conflicts about who gets to post, whose voice represents us, and whether some members are becoming too much of the 'face' of our movement. People are starting to build their own followings and it's creating weird hierarchies that go against everything we say we believe in.
