Our advocacy organization landed a huge grant to expand our disability rights programming, but we're split between hiring more disabled staff versus investing in accessibility infrastructure, and the divide is falling along lines of who's disabled and who's not on our board. We keep talking past each other in meetings and I can feel the trust eroding even though we all want the same outcome.
