Our band has been together for five years and we've all noticed that our 'stage selves' have become so developed that they sometimes feel more real than who we are offstage, but we each have different comfort levels with this transformation. Some of us want to bring our regular selves more into our performances while others want to lean further into the personas, and it's affecting our creative direction and friendship.
