Our community group formed around mutual aid during the pandemic, but now that immediate crisis has passed, half of us want to focus on direct service and the other half want to do more political advocacy. We can't agree on what our role should be and people are starting to drift away rather than have the hard conversation about what we're actually trying to accomplish together.
