Our diversity and inclusion team is trying to create more inclusive policies around gender expression, but we have employees from cultures where non-binary identities aren't recognized or are actively stigmatized, and we're stuck between wanting to be inclusive and not knowing how to bridge these fundamentally different worldviews.
