Our housing cooperative is using rawlsian justice to revise our bylaws, but every time we get to decisions about rent or maintenance responsibilities, people start arguing about what they personally contribute rather than what would be fair from behind the veil of ignorance. We all agreed to the framework but no one wants to follow through when it might cost them.
